When I graduated from college, I want to work as a
secretary. Secretary is a person whose work consists of supporting management,
including executives. Secretary have a wide variety of daily tasks such as
meaning the phones, making appointments and scheduling meetings, handling
filing systems, and organizing mail.
Most secretary have full-time schedules, though those who
work from home may have schedules that are more flexible. Secretaries often
handle confidential information, so they must be discreet and respectful of
their employers and clients.
The reason why I want to be a secretary because I think I
can bring some added value to the office as a secretary. I have good
communication skills, are friendly and people in general feel good with me, so I
believe I can do a good job as a secretary.
